The search for oneself can be a deeply introspective and transformative voyage. Making the decision to seek therapy is a crucial and empowering step toward prioritizing one's mental and emotional well-being.  Whether you're seeking guidance through challenges, pondering the meaning of existence, or simply curious about the human experience, therapy offers a unique opportunity to delve into the depths of one's inner world, fostering self-awareness and understanding.

Leeza Legg

Hi, I'm Leeza

My path to becoming a psychotherapist was born from an insatiable curiosity to understand my place in the world. I struggled with articulating my experiences and emotions and often grappled with feelings of not fitting in, a lingering belief that something was wrong with me – that I was somehow broken.

Amidst the challenges, I discovered a sanctuary in the world of art. Art became a source of comfort that fed my imagination and gave me a language that words couldn't capture.

Driven by a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, I ventured into the field of education, becoming a special education teacher. This experience opened my eyes to the immense impact of empathy, understanding, and support. Witnessing the resilience of my students ignited a spark within me, planting the seeds of a new path in psychotherapy.

Becoming a psychotherapist was not just a career choice; it was a calling rooted in my journey of self-acceptance and a deep passion for guiding others on their path to finding their authentic selves.
